Common use of Outside Agreements Clause in Contracts

Outside Agreements. Any individual arrangement, agreement, or contract between the District and an individual teacher heretofore executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement and any individual arrangement, agreement, or contract hereafter executed shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by the parties. If an individual arrangement, agreement, or contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling. The foregoing does not apply to compensation for non-bargaining unit work.
