Common use of Output Clause in Contracts

Output. The Services may generate output for you (“Output”) in response to your Customer Materials uploaded or submitted to influence the Output or Services. As between Cadastral and you, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you are the owner of such Output and Cadastral assigns and will assign to you all right, title and interest in and to the Output generated by your Customer Materials.
