Improvements (Outfalls 2 & 3) (Lumpsum $18,010): As per the updated drainage report, outfalls 2 & 3 are proposed to be improved outside ROW for approximate distances of 400’ & 700’ respectively. The fee is based upon the following: Outfalls 2 & 3 Improvements: 1. Design and Modeling for the improvements with contours 2. Prepare 1 sheet each for outfalls showing outfall grading, proposed contours, and cross sections 3. Perform coordination regarding these improvements with various stakeholders Per our discussion, we have already provided you with draft Pond 1B layout for your review for the purposes of ROW taking.
