Common use of Outer Wear Clause in Contracts

Outer Wear. The Authority will supply one (1) parka or bomber jacket every three (3) years to employees who work outdoors on a regular basis. Airside Safety Officers will be provided with a parka or raincoat every three (3) years. Airside Safety Officers will be initially issued both a parka and a raincoat. Parkas, bomber jackets, and raincoats will be cleaned annually, or as needed, by the Authority at no cost to the employee.
