Common use of Outdoor Facilities Clause in Contracts

Outdoor Facilities. 3.1 Except where the proposed use generates an additional expense invoking the charges as indicated in Schedule B, outdoor facilities under the jurisdiction of the County made available to the Board, pursuant to this Agreement, are made available without charge, subject to the rules and regulations set out in Schedule D and providing such programming does not interfere with regular scheduling, maintenance or previous Agreements or other commitments. 3.2 Except where the proposed use generates an additional expense invoking the charges as indicated in Schedule B, outdoor facilities under the jurisdiction of the Board, made available to the County pursuant to this Agreement are made available without charge, subject to the rules and regulations specified in Schedule C and providing such programming does not interfere with regular scheduling, maintenance or previous Agreements or other commitments.
