RENTAL PREMISES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, WSU hereby rents to RENTER the following described premises (the “PREMISES”): The building commonly known as the Xxxxxxxxx Pavilion Building, located on the corner of Xxxxxx Road and Lincoln Drive on the WSU campus, in the city of Pullman, county of Xxxxxxx, state of Washington.

RENTAL PREMISES. 1. The landlord has rented the property at Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00 from RWE Systems Immobilien GmbH. u. Co. KG, Essen, on a long term basis.
RENTAL PREMISES. 1. As owner, the landlord shall rent office building 3A and the adjoining warehouse 3B in the Hanau Industrial Park, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00/Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00, 63450 Hanau, to the tenant. The rental of office building 3A takes place for the use of the commercial and technical administration of the tenant and Advanced Superconductors Verwaltungs GmbH. Cables, superconductor spools, raw materials, packaging, etc. will be stored and shipped in warehouse 3B. Finished goods will be transported from Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 0 to Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00. Moreover, in hall 3B light production will be sporadically carried out, e.g. a small lathe and cording machines will be installed.
RENTAL PREMISES. 1.1 As owner, the landlord shall rent the tenant a partial area of 1,180 m2 of the 2,660m2-sized ground level of the recently renovated production and warehouse No. 3C in the Hanau Industrial Park, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00, 00000 Xxxxx.
RENTAL PREMISES. WSU hereby rents from OWNER the following described premises (the “PREMISES”):
RENTAL PREMISES. Under this provision, the Company will guarantee to the employee or her landlord: • payment of the rental at her old location until the lease is terminated or a sublet arranged, whichever occurs first. • Payment of any bonus or cancellation fee to the landlord, providing it is approved in advance.
RENTAL PREMISES. Lessor and Lessee mutually agree to renew said above-mentioned Lease, plus an expansion of approximately 508 rentable sq. ft., its configuration as indicated by "Exhibit A" to this Amendment. The lease term for the expansion space shall not be for less than nine months. RENTAL RATE & TERM: The term for the above-mentioned space shall be from September 1, 1992, until July 31, 1993. Base rent shall be $2,180.00 per month and will be due the first of the month.
RENTAL PREMISES. Lessor and Lessee mutually agree to renew said above-mentioned Lease, its configuration as indicated by "Exhibit A" to this Amendment.
