Our Right to Initiate Changes. In addition to those amendments permitted by Sections 8.2 and 8.3, we may initiate an additional provision or modification of any other provision of this contract (including the addition of a charge for transfers between Investment Options) by giving you 60 days notice of such modification. Any such modification is effective without your affirmative assent.
