Common use of Other Warranties Clause in Contracts

Other Warranties. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES BY NEXGEN , INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. NO AFFILIATE OF NEXGEN GIVES ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ON THIS UNIT.
