Common use of Other than for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Other than for Good Reason. If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 8.6, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement other than payment of his Salary through the Termination Date (it being understood that if, in accordance with Section 8.6, the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Salary under this Section 9.5 shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).

Other than for Good Reason. If the Executive shall terminate his employment pursuant to Section 8.6, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement other than payment or provision of his Salary all amounts and benefits provided for in Section 3 and due to the Executive through the Termination Date and all amounts and benefits arising under Section 3 before the Termination Date but payable or to be provided after the Termination Date (it being understood that provided, that, if, in accordance with Section 8.6, the Board elects to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof, the payment of Salary under this Section 9.5 shall continue through the notice period or any portion thereof so waived).
