• OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS 15.6.1. On termination of License Agreement:

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NOTES The Notes shall be governed by all the terms and conditions of the Indenture, as supplemented by this First Supplemental Indenture. In particular, the following provisions shall be terms of the Notes:

• Terms and Conditions of Payment Payments will be made to the Service Provider according to the payment schedule stated in the SCC. • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
