Other Termination by Company. In addition to Sections 4.1 through 4.3, the Company may at any time terminate the employment of the Executive without cause by giving one (1) month written notice to the Executive, in which case the Executive will be eligible to receive an amount equal to three (3) months of the then-current Base Salary of the Executive payable in the form of salary continuation. Such severance shall be reduced by any remuneration paid to the Executive because of the Executive's employment or self-employment during the severance period, and the Executive shall promptly report all such remuneration to the Company in writing.
