OTHER SECURED CREDITORS. If the related MTN Supplement specifies that any other party is to be a Secured Creditor of the Secured Property in relation to such Series, the beneficial entitlement of such additional Secured Creditor to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the related MTN Supplement.
OTHER SECURED CREDITORS if the relevant Loan Note Supplement specifies that any other party is to be a Secured Creditor of the Secured Property in relation to such Series or any Class thereof, the beneficial entitlement of such additional Secured Creditor to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the relevant Loan Note Supplement.
OTHER SECURED CREDITORS if the relevant Loan Note Supplement specifies that any other party is to be a Secured Creditor in respect of some or all of the Secured Property in relation to such Series of Loan Notes or any Class thereof, the beneficial entitlement of such additional Secured Creditor to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the relevant Loan Note Supplement. The Security Trustee and any Receiver appointed by it shall be Secured Creditors of the Secured Property in relation to each Series of Loan Notes for the purposes of this Deed and any Loan Note Supplement but shall not belong to one of the categories of Secured Creditor set out in Clauses 6.4.1 to 6.4.3.
