OTHER SECURED CREDITORS. if the relevant Loan Note Supplement specifies that any other party is to be a Secured Creditor of the Secured Property in relation to such Series or any Class thereof, the beneficial entitlement of such additional Secured Creditor to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the relevant Loan Note Supplement.
