OTHER SECURED CREDITORS. If the related MTN Supplement specifies that any other party is to be a Secured Creditor of the Secured Property in relation to such Series, the beneficial entitlement of such additional Secured Creditor to a security interest in the relevant Secured Property shall be specified in the related MTN Supplement.
