Common use of Other Reports and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Other Reports and Inspection. The Company will furnish to each Director (i) as soon as practicable after issuance, copies of any financial statements or reports prepared by the Company for, or otherwise furnished to, its shareholders or the Commission and (ii) promptly, such other documents, reports and financial data as such Director may reasonably request. In addition the Company will, upon reasonable prior notice, make available during regular business hours to each Director or his representatives or designees (i) all assets, properties and business records of the Company for inspection and copying and (ii) the officers and employees of the Company for interviews concerning the business, affairs and finances of the Company.

Other Reports and Inspection. (a) The Company will furnish to each Director Purchasers (ia) as soon as practicable after issuance, copies of any financial statements or reports prepared by the Company for, or otherwise furnished to, its shareholders stockholders or the Securities and Exchange Commission and (iib) promptly, such other documents, reports and financial data as such Director Purchasers may reasonably request. In addition the Company will, upon reasonable prior notice, make available during regular business hours to each Director Purchasers or his its representatives or designees (ia) all assets, properties and business records of the Company for inspection and and/or copying and (iib) the directors, officers and employees of the Company for interviews concerning the business, affairs and finances of the Company.

The Company will furnish promptly to Purchaser such other documents, reports and financial data as such Director Purchaser may reasonably request. In addition the The Company will, upon reasonable prior notice, make available to Purchaser or designees during regular normal business hours to each Director or his representatives or designees (i) [a] all assets, properties and business records of the Company for inspection and copying and (ii) [b] the directors, officers and employees of the Company for interviews concerning the business, affairs and finances of the Company.
