Other Reasonable Items. Any documents required to be delivered by the City under the terms of this Agreement or as reasonably requested by Escrow Agent or Title Company to close the Escrow or comply with Law, including any information or statement that the Title Company may reasonably require to issue the Title Policy without taking exception for any “gap” due to the inability to e fectively search title records as a result of COVID-19 related delays in updating title records.
