OTHER PROJECT REQUIREMENTS. 12. The Subrecipient and the County agree to carry out each activity in compliance with all federal laws and regulations and any regulations and program requirements of the United States Department of Treasury with regard to ARPA in effect during the term of this Agreement. Specifically, the Firm agrees to comply with the requirements of sections 602 and 603 of the Social Security Act, regulations adopted by the US Treasury implementing section 603(c) and pursuant to section 602(f) of the Act, and guidance issues by the US Treasury regarding the foregoing.
