OTHER PERMITTED PAYMENTS TO THE PARENT. PARENTCO ONE AND PARENTCO TWO Subject as provided in Clause 8 (Suspension of Permitted Payments) and the High Yield Finance Documents, ParentCo Three, shall be entitled to make payments to the Parent, ParentCo One or ParentCo Two by way of payment of interest or repayment of capital in respect of Intercompany Debt or by way of dividend on shares or by way of lawful intra-group loan but only if and to the extent that the Parent, ParentCo One or ParentCo Two requires the monies for the following purposes:-
