Other Permitted Activities. The Executive will not become a director, principal, agent, officer or employee of any other company without the prior consent of the Board, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. The Company’s consent herein shall not permit any appropriation or diversion by the Executive of any business opportunity coming to the Executive in the Executive’s capacity as an Executive of the Company or otherwise in the course of the Company’s business.
