Common use of Other Permitted Activities Clause in Contracts

Other Permitted Activities. Nothing in this Contract shall prohibit the Academy from engaging in other lawful activities that are not in derogation of the Academy’s status as a public school or that would not jeopardize the eligibility of the Academy for state school aid funds. Subject to Section 2.5 of this Contract, the Academy may enter into agreements with other public schools, public school academies, governmental units, businesses, community and nonprofit organizations where such agreements contribute to the effectiveness of the Academy or advance education in this state.

Other Permitted Activities.
