Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 60 days of the acquisition or issuance of a Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered copyright, each Debtor shall deliver to the Purchasers a copy of said Copyright or certificate or registration of said Patents, as the case may be, with an assignment for security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Purchasers and at the expense of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security, in such form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers.
