Other Obligations of Grantor. Any and all other or additional indebtedness or liabilities for which Grantor is now or may hereafter become liable to Beneficiary at any time and from time to time, in any manner, either primarily or secondarily, absolutely or contingently, directly or indirectly, jointly, severally, or jointly and severally, and whether matured or unmatured, including all indebtedness and liabilities now or hereafter arising directly out of transactions between Grantor and Beneficiary or acquired by Beneficiary outright, conditionally or as collateral security from another Person and whether or not created after payment in full of the Note if this Deed of Trust shall not have been released of record by Beneficiary.
