The Consortium Members are prohibited to use, enjoy, or dispose, in any way and at any title, totally or partially, of any other natural resources that may exist in the Contract Area other than Oil and Gas, except when duly authorized by the competent authorities, according to the Applicable Laws and Regulations. Discovery of natural resources other than Oil and Gas by chance shall be notified to ANP within no more than seventy-two (72) hours.
