Other Mortgage Documents. Subject to paragraph (d) of this Subsection 3.4(1), the following documents (or the documents, if any, as are then required by the Issuer for delivery of loans), if applicable for a Mortgage Loan, will be held by the Direct Servicer or, upon a request by the Master Servicer or Trustee, will be delivered to the Trustee or a Custodian, in either case in a file that is clearly identified by electronic or other means as being held for the benefit of the Trustee:
