Other Military Service With Active Duty Of At Least. 90 Consecutive Days An employee inducted or enlisted into active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States for a period of at least 90 consecutive days, where such active duty is not covered by subsection (l), above, shall, upon satisfactory completion of military service, make application for re- employment within 90 days after: (i) such employee' s release from active duty, or (ii) such employee' s discharge from hospitalization incident to such active duty or one year after such employee' s scheduled release from active duty, whichever is earlier.
