Other Incentive Compensation. Employee shall be eligible to participate during the Employment Period in such incentive plans, stock option plans, stock purchase plans and any other long-term compensation plans, programs or arrangements which may be adopted by the Company and applicable to Employee as determined by the Company's Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion.
