Common use of Other Financing Statements and Liens Clause in Contracts

Other Financing Statements and Liens. (a) The Obligor shall not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien upon the Pledged Collateral at any time, except for the pledges and security interests in favor of the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties created pursuant hereto or provided for herein, which pledges and security interests constitute first priority and second priority perfected pledges and security interests in and to all of the Pledged Collateral as provided in Section 3.
