Other Failures. Any other failure to fulfil your obligations under the Contract, including article 3.1.2 above, shall forfeit your right to cover for the Debts concerned and if indemnification has already been paid for this Debt, You shall reimburse Us for such payment.

Other Failures. Other than as set forth in the preceding clauses of this Section, failure by the Trust or Insured, as applicable, to perform in any material respect any of its obligations under the Promissory Note, this Agreement, Beneficiary Pledge Agreement or any other Financing Document to which either is a party if such failure is not remedied on or prior to the fifteenth (15th) day after written notice of such failure is given to the Trust or the Insured, respectively, by the Lender.
Other Failures. In the event the Contractor fails to perform an obligation under this Agreement, other than such obligations as are described in Section IV.C.1 and Section III.E.2, and fails to cure such failure in either the month in which such failure occurred or during the following month, the amount otherwise due to the Contractor under this Agreement during the second such consecutive month shall be reduced by 1.5% and shall remain so reduced until such time as the Contractor cures such failure to the reasonable satisfaction of the University. The 1.5% reduction shall be prorated for the month during which the Contractor so cures its failure.
Other Failures. COMPANY shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice in case (i) the conduct by Distributor results or is reasonably likely to result (in the reasonable opinion of COMPANY) in a material adverse effect (financial or otherwise) on the business or reputation of COMPANY. 18.3
Other Failures. If a fault occurs, for any reason, this failure may prevent all equipment and services, including 911 dialing, from functioning. These outages may occur for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, the reasons described elsewhere in this Agreement.
