Embargoes. Our cover may not apply and we will incur no liability to pay any claim insofar that the provision of such cover and/or payment of such claim would cause us or any member of our group to be exposed to any sanction or penalty (including extra territorial sanctions) originating out of or related to United Nation’s resolutions or trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European union or of any State, whether these sanctions existed at the inception of the Contract or were implemented during the contract period.

Embargoes. Customer represents and warrants that it is not barred by any applicable laws from being supplied with the Services. The Services may not be used in any country that is subject to an embargo by the United States or European Union applicable to the Services. Customer will ensure that: (a) its End Users do not use the Services in violation of any export restriction or embargo by the United States; and (b) it does not provide access to the Services to persons on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List, or the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals.

Embargoes. To the best knowledge of Sellers, Target is in compliance with United States laws and regulations prohibiting transactions between U.S. Persons and Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea. Target does not own, in whole or in part, manage, operate or have any right to obtain property in Cuba that was nationalized by the Cuban Government after January 1, 1959.
Embargoes. Each Participating Carrier may impose its own embargoes, restrictions, limitations, and prohibitions on periods of travel and routings, as such Participating Carrier, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. Notice of such embargoes shall be provided to the other Participating Carriers to distribute to its offices.
