Embargoes. Our cover may not apply and we will incur no liability to pay any claim insofar that the provision of such cover and/or payment of such claim would cause us or any member of our group to be exposed to any sanction or penalty (including extra territorial sanctions) originating out of or related to United Nation’s resolutions or trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European union or of any State, whether these sanctions existed at the inception of the Contract or were implemented during the contract period.
Embargoes. Customer represents and warrants that it is not barred by any applicable laws from being supplied with the Services. The Services may not be used in any country that is subject to an embargo by the United States or European Union applicable to the Services. Customer will ensure that: (a) its End Users do not use the Services in violation of any export restriction or embargo by the United States; and (b) it does not provide access to the Services to persons on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List, or the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals.
Embargoes. You may only use the Services if you are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. If you are located in a country embargoed by United States or other applicable law from receiving the Services, or are on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List, or the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, you are not permitted to purchase any paid Services from SurveyMonkey. You will ensure that: (a) your end users do not use the Services in violation of any export restriction or embargo by the United States; and (b) you do not provide access to the Services to persons or entities on any of the above lists.
Embargoes. Additional seasonal or route-specific baggage restrictions, or “embargoes,” may also apply depending upon the aircraft size and/or the codeshare partner policy in place at any point in time.
Embargoes. The Target has not provided, sold to, or otherwise transferred, without any required approval from the U.S. Government, products, software, technology, or services, directly or indirectly, to (i) Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any other country against which the United States maintains economic embargoes, (ii) any instrumentality, agent, entity, or individual that is acting on behalf of, or directly or indirectly owned or controlled by, any Governmental Entity of such countries, (iii) nationals of such countries, or (iv) any organization, entity, or individual appearing on a U.S. Government list of parties with whom companies are prohibited from transacting business including the Specially Designated Nationals & Blocked Persons List and Foreign Sanctions Evaders List, both maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Denied Persons List, Entity List, and Unverified List, which are maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Prohibited Party Lists”).
Embargoes. Each Participating Carrier may impose its own embargoes, restrictions, limitations, and prohibitions on periods of travel and routings, as such Participating Carrier, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. Notice of such embargoes shall be provided to the other Participating Carriers to distribute to its offices.
Embargoes. To the best knowledge of Sellers, Target is in compliance with United States laws and regulations prohibiting transactions between U.S. Persons and Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea. Target does not own, in whole or in part, manage, operate or have any right to obtain property in Cuba that was nationalized by the Cuban Government after January 1, 1959.
Embargoes. The Company and all controlled Affiliates of the Company are in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations regarding U.S. embargoes of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea. The Company further represents and warrants that neither the Company nor any controlled Affiliate of the Company owns, in whole or in part, or manages, operates, uses or benefits from property in Cuba that was nationalized by the Cuban Government after January 1, 1959.
