Other Extensions and Expansions. a Any extensions to the Network which are not high pressure pipeline extensions within the meaning of this clause will be covered by this Access Arrangement. Any expansions to the Network will be covered by this Access Arrangement. b For the purposes of this clause, high pressure means 1050kPa.
