Common use of Other Documents and Information Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Information. Complete, execute, acknowledge and/or deliver such questionnaires, indemnification agreements, custody agreements, underwriting agreements (if the registration is underwritten) and other documents, certificates and instruments as are reasonably required by Parent or any underwriter(s) or are otherwise necessary in connection with the registration and offering. Each Holder shall promptly provide to Parent such information concerning such Holder, such Holder's ownership of Parent's securities, the intended method of distribution and such other information as may be required by applicable law or regulation or as may be reasonably requested by Parent.
