Common use of Other Documentation Clause in Contracts

Other Documentation. Such other certificates, instruments or documents required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise necessary or appropriate to transfer the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities in accordance with the terms hereof and consummate the Transaction, and to vest in Buyer full and complete title to the Purchased Assets, free and clear of all Encumbrances.

Other Documentation. Such other certificates, instruments or documents required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise necessary or appropriate to transfer the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities in accordance with the terms hereof and consummate the Transaction, including such certificates, instruments and documents to vest in Buyer full and complete title be executed or delivered by Seller pursuant to the Purchased Assets, free and clear of all EncumbrancesArticle 3 hereof.

Such other certificates, instruments or documents required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise reasonably necessary or appropriate to transfer the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities in accordance with the terms hereof and consummate the Transaction, and to vest in Buyer full Purchaser and complete its successors and assigns full, complete, absolute, legal and equitable title to the Purchased Assets, free and clear of all Encumbrances.

Such other certificates, instruments or documents required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise necessary or appropriate to transfer the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities Company Shares in accordance with the terms hereof and consummate the Transaction, and to vest in Buyer full Purchaser and complete its successors and assigns full, complete, absolute, legal and equitable title to the Purchased AssetsCompany Shares, free and clear of all Encumbrances, including such certificates, instruments and documents to be executed or delivered by Seller pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
