(e) The agreements, the definitions contained representations and warranties of First USA in this Agreement or in any each of its capacities as Transferor, Servicer and Administrator shall be deemed to be the agreements, representations and warranties of First USA solely in each such instrument, certificate or other document shall controlcapacity for so long as First USA acts in each such capacity under this Agreement. (df) Any reference to each Rating Agency shall only apply to any specific rating agency if such rating agency is then rating any Outstanding Series, Class or Tranche of Notes. (g) Unless otherwise specified, references to any amount as on deposit or outstanding on any particular date shall mean such amount at the close of business on such day. (e) As used in this Agreement, in any instrument governed hereby Agreement and in any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto or thereto, accounting terms not defined in this Agreement or in any such instrument, certificate or other document, and accounting terms partly defined in this Agreement or in any such instrument, certificate or other document to the extent not defined, shall have the respective meanings given to them under generally accepted accounting principles as in effect on the date of this Agreement or any such instrument, certificate or other document, as applicableGAAP. (df) The agreements, representations and warranties of Chase USA in this Agreement in each of its capacities, including, without limitation, as Servicer and Administrator, shall be deemed to be the agreements, representations and warranties of Chase USA solely in each such capacity for so long as Chase USA acts in each such capacity under this Agreement. (g) For all purposes of this Agreement and the Basic Documents, interest with respect to all Classes of Senior Notes other than the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Class A-1 Interest Accrual Period divided by 360.
