Common use of Other Debt Clause in Contracts

Other Debt. Except as provided for herein, the Transferor will not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any indebtedness whether current or funded, or any other liability other than (i) indebtedness of the Transferor representing fees, expenses and indemnities arising hereunder or under the Receivables Purchase Agreement for the purchase price of the Receivables under the Receivables Purchase Agreement, and (ii) other indebtedness incurred in the ordinary course of its business in an amount not to exceed $50,000 at any time outstanding.
