Common use of Other Data Clause in Contracts

Other Data. In addition, the Servicer shall at the reasonable request of the Trustee, the Issuer or a Rating Agency, furnish to the Trustee, the Issuer or such Rating Agency such underlying data as can be generated by the Servicer’s existing data processing system without undue modification or expense; provided, however, nothing in this Section 8.3 shall permit any of the Trustee, the Issuer or any Rating Agency to materially change or modify the ongoing data reporting requirements under this Article VIII.
