OTHER CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY. Subject as otherwise provided in this Clause (Clause III) the right of occupancy may be granted or renewed upon and subject to such terms and conditions not inconsistent with the provisions for the time being of the Mining Act as the parties mutually agree and of which the Governor may approve.
