Other Client Confidential Information. Consultant agrees that Consultant will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence. Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.
Other Client Confidential Information. Advisor agrees that Advisor will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or current employer of Advisor or other person or entity with which Advisor has an obligation to keep in confidence. Advisor also agrees that Advisor will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.
Other Client Confidential Information. Consultant agrees not to bring onto the premises of the Company or improperly use, disclose to the Company or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any other person or entity that Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence.

During and after the Term of this Agreement and the Engagement, Consultant will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence. Executive also agrees that Executive will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Xxxx and Consultant agree that they will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer of Consultant or Xxxx, or of any other person or entity with which Consultant or Xxxx has an obligation to keep in confidence. Consultant and Xxxx also agree that they will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Consultant and Service Provider agree that they will not, respectively, improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or current employer or other person or entity with which Consultant or Service Provider, respectively, has an obligation to keep in confidence. Consultant and Service Provider also agree that they will not, respectively, bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.
