Filing Requirements Escrow securities will not be released under this Part until the Issuer does the following:
DES Filing Requirement Under RCW 39.26, sole source contracts and amendments must be filed with the State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES). If this Contract is one that must be filed, it shall not be effective nor shall work commence or payment be made until the tenth (10th) working day following the date of filing subject to DES approval. In the event DES fails to approve the Contract or any amendment hereto, the Contract or amendment shall be null and void.
Grant Reporting Requirements The Grantee must submit the following reports to the Division. All reports shall document the completion of any deliverables/tasks, expenses and activities that occurred during that reporting period. Administrative Claims Requirements and Procedures No suit or arbitration shall be brought arising out of this Agreement against City unless a claim has first been presented in writing and filed with City and acted upon by City in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.34 of the Chula Vista Municipal Code, as same may be amended, the provisions of which, including such policies and procedures used by City in the implementation of same, are incorporated herein by this reference. Upon request by City, Consultant shall meet and confer in good faith with City for the purpose of resolving any dispute over the terms of this Agreement.
Record Keeping Requirements 10.1 The Training Provider must make and keep accurate Records for all Training Services in sufficient detail to allow the Department to determine compliance with this Contract (including the accuracy of claims for payment of the Funds).
