Other Certificate Clause Samples
Other Certificate. The Agent shall have received the certificate required to be delivered pursuant to Section 9.10(e) of the Credit Agreement with respect to the ATC Acquisition.
Other Certificate. Purchaser shall have delivered to Seller an executive officer's certificate to the effect that each of the conditions specified above in Sections 8.01-8.03 is satisfied in all respects.
