Other Benefit Programs. Employee shall be entitled to participate in all other employee benefit programs of Employer which the Board may, in its sole discretion, regularly make available to the other Senior Executives of Employer (such as a stock bonus plan, retirement plans and fringe benefits), on terms no less favorable than those provided to such other Senior Executives.
