Other Applicability. All other provisions of the Property Coverage Agreement and CCS remain applicable. 1. Endorsement Intent. This Terrorism Endorsement modifies coverage under the Property Coverage Agreement. Coverage is amended, as set forth in this endorsement, to amend the language related only to terrorism as included in § 9.27 “terrorism” of Part C “Limited Coverage, Supplemental Coverage, Excluded Property, and Excluded Loss” of the Property Coverage Agreement.
