Common use of Other Amounts Payable Clause in Contracts

Other Amounts Payable. With respect to any amounts owed under this Agreement by one Party to the other for which no other invoicing and payment procedure is specified hereunder, within [***] after the end of each Calendar Quarter, each Party will provide an invoice, together with reasonable supporting documentation, to the other Party for such amounts owed in respect of such Calendar Quarter. The owing Party will pay any undisputed invoiced amounts within [***] after the date of the invoice, and any disputed amounts owed by a Party will be paid within [***] following resolution of the dispute.

Other Amounts Payable. With respect to any amounts owed under this Agreement by one Party to the other for which no other invoicing and payment procedure is specified hereunder, within [***] days after the end of each Calendar Quarter, each Party will provide an invoice, together with reasonable supporting documentation, to the other Party for such amounts owed in respect of such Calendar Quarter. The owing Party will pay any undisputed invoiced amounts within [***] days after the date receipt of the invoice, and any disputed amounts owed by a Party will be paid within [***] following days after resolution of the dispute.
