Other Agreements to be Delivered. The Company has caused each of its officers and directors and certain stockholders to deliver to the Representative an executed Lock-Up Agreement, in a form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Lock-Up Agreement”), prior to the execution of this Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Company shall have delivered to the Representative an executed copy of the Warrant Agreement and the Representative’s Warrant.
Other Agreements to be Delivered. The Company has caused each the persons listed on Schedule 3 hereto to deliver to the Representative an executed Lock-Up Agreement, in a form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Lock-Up Agreement”), prior to the execution of this Agreement. On the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date (if any), the Company shall have delivered to the Representative an executed copy of the Representative’s Warrant.
Other Agreements to be Delivered. On the Closing Date, the Company shall have delivered to the Representative an executed copy of the Warrant Agreement and the Representative’s Unit Purchase Option.
