Other Agreements and Laws. In addition to this Agreement, the Bank and you agree to be bound by and to comply with the requirements of the applicable Account Disclosure Statement, the rules and regulation of any funds transfer system to which the Bank belongs, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. To the extent that this agreement is determined not to be in accord with any applicable law, rule, or regulation governing it, it shall be deemed automatically amended so as to comply therewith.
Other Agreements and Laws. May Apply • This Agreement does not replace any other agreement relating to your Accounts. • When you install, use or travel with any software from other companies we may make available to you in connection with any Electronic Banking Services, it is solely your responsibility to comply with the provisions of any agreements, licenses and other legal or technical documentation provided by such other companies in connection with the software, and with the legal requirements of any relevant jurisdiction. Unless you are a lawful, licensed user of such software, we may be unable to provide you with the Electronic Banking Services that require such software.
Other Agreements and Laws. The entering into this Agreement, the execution and delivery of documents thereto, and the performance of the respective obligations of the Core Parties under this Agreement and all other documents executed and delivered incidental thereto shall not violate any agreements, documents or instruments to which any of them is a party or by which any of them is bound, or any law, governmental regulation, order or decree to which any of them is subject.
