Other Additional Services. 4.1 The following Other Additional Services shall cause the A/E to incur extra expense. If the Owner authorizes any of the services as set forth within Article 4, in writing, Owner shall pay A/E for the authorized services as a lump sum or as a multiple of actual payroll costs as determined by the Owner:
