Other Absences Chargeable to Sick Leave. Unit members may use their accumulated sick leave balance in a school year for one or more of the following reasons of personal necessity:
Other Absences Chargeable to Sick Leave. Regular unit members may use a maximum of six (6) days of accumulated sick leave in a school year for one or more of the following reasons of personal necessity:
1. Death of member of unit member’s immediate family when additional leave is required beyond that provided in Funeral Leave.
2. Accident involving unit member’s person or property or the person or property of a member of the immediate family.
3. Appearance in court or before an administrative tribunal as a litigant or party.
