OTC. OTC" shall mean all applications other than POC which shall specifically include over-the-counter sales of the Cholesterol 1,2,3 System or a derivative thereof for self-testing and as a home-use diagnostic tool (not needing or requiring the assistance, direction or supervision of medical practitioners or clinicians) and which is designed by the Parties especially for that market.
