Orientation Sessions. Orientation sessions for the upcoming school year will be discussed at the April LMC meeting. The chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or area ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will have up to thirty (30) minutes, for a maximum of three (3) times per school year, to meet with new hires for union orientation without a loss of pay for the newly hired employee, Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or area ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Newly hired employees will only receive compensation for attendance at one orientation session. The scheduling of these orientation sessions cannot disrupt operations of the District.
