Common use of Orientation Program Clause in Contracts

Orientation Program. The Employer agrees that new employees will be allowed up to fifteen (15) minutes straight time off with pay in order to meet with the full-time Union Representative and/or Shop Xxxxxxx for the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the general conditions and responsibilities with respect to the Collective Agreement and to the United Food & Commercial Workers Union, Local No. 832. This meeting shall take place at a time mutually agreeable between the full-time Union Representative and/or Shop Xxxxxxx and the Employer.
