Common use of Orientation Objectives Clause in Contracts

The objectives of orientation shall be: a) to familiarize new personnel with the objectives and philosophy of the Medical Center. b) to orient new personnel to policies and procedures, their functions and responsibilities as defined in job descriptions. c) to orient presently employed personnel to new policies and new procedures or to new areas of assignment which directly affect the employee's assignment and responsibility,
